"The... powder sample (was) enclosed in a cylindrical vanadium container of 8 mm diameter by 40 mm high... neutron diffraction measurements were made at the ILL high-flux reactor on the high-resolution neutron powder diffractometer D2B in the high intensity mode, with an angular step width of δ(2θ)=0.05°, and wavelength of... 1.5946(3) σ. The complete diffraction pattern was measured eight times at each temperature, and averaged over different detectors to improve statistics and reduce errors...
