Measurement Method: Four-probe method
"For the measurements of the Hall-effect and the resistivity the sample was cut into a parallelepiped of dimensions 5.11 x 1.99 x 2.06 mm-3. Contacts were attached with silver adhesive (contact resistances were below 2Ω). The current contacts covered two opposite sides of the sample, in order to provide a "uniform" current flow. The Hall-voltage was measured by a standard 4-probe lock-in technique with an electrical current j = 10 mA at f = 120 Mhz. (The magnetic field was applied perpendicular to the electric current.) The measurements were performed at a fixed temperature (held constant within 0.1 K) by sweeping the magnetic field at a constant rate of about 0.5 T/min."
