Tl:2223; [Tl-Ba-Ca-Cu-O]
Material Specification for Tl:2223; [Tl-Ba-Ca-Cu-O] Process: Evaporation
Notes: "We report here on an electron-beam evaporation multilayer technique not requiring the use of an external Tl source during post-deposition anneal. The optimized layer thickness were deposited sequentially in the following order: 171 σ Cu, 737 σ Ba, 500 σ Ca, and 850 σ Tl. The as-deposited films were encapsulated in closed containers fabricated from platinum and annealed for 4 min at 810±10 °C in oxygen (at 0.1 MPa = 1 atm) followed by air quenching."

Measurement Method: Four-probe method
"Electrical resistance versus temperature was measured by a conventional four-probe method. Critical current density (Jc) was measured in a closed cycle refrigerator whose sample temperature was measured with a Lake Shore Cryogenics DT-470 silicon diode sensor mounted adjacent to the sample." No additional measurement details were noted.
