Materials and Properties

Sr:11; [Sr(Ca)-Cu-O]
Material Specification for Sr:11; [Sr(Ca)-Cu-O] Process: Solid State Reaction
Notes: "Samples were prepared starting from metal compositions of (Sr1-xCax):Cu = (1-y):1 with 0 ≤ y ≤ 0.2. Sample powder was filled in a gold capsule, pressed almost isostatically up to (about) 3-6 GPa, and heated at 1273 K under the pressure for 30 min. KClO4 that releases oxygen at high temperature was added in the bottom of the capsule when oxidizing atmosphere was applied... After the treatment the sample was quenched to room temperature before releasing the pressure."
