"The powder was ground in an agate mortar and pestle and mixed with NIST standard silicon powder (SRM 640b). The diffraction pattern was collected using a Siemens D500 diffractometer with a diffracted beam graphite monochromator and using CuKα radiation. The sample was step-scanned from 5° to 95° 2θ with a 0.020° 2θ step size and count time of 9 s. ... The conditions for the scan were room temperature and ambient atmosphere. All peaks were profile-fit using the split Pearson-VII function and Kα2 stripping... The unit cell parameters were refined using the NBS*LSQ85 program."
