Measurement Method: Pulsed NMR
"The sintered YBCO together with the silicone oil was ground into powder. An average thickness of the silicone oil coated on the surface was estimated to be about 100 Σ from the calculated surface area of the powdered sample using a spherical shape with a typical diameter of 2 µm as observed by an optical microscope....A pulsed NMR apparatus was used to observe proton resonance in the silicone oil on the surface at (732 kA/m = 9.2 kOe)... we assumed that (1) J
c = ΔH/d, where ΔH is the linewidth due to flux pinning and d is the sample dimension = 10
-4 cm, (2) ΔH
2 is the difference of the second moment in the field sweep NMR from that in the constant field NMR."
