Measurement Method: Four-probe
"Electrical contacts were made to the films via four evaporated silver pads with wires attached by silver paint. The samples were bonded to a copper block in a closed cycle helium cryostat and the temperature varied between 10 K and 300 K. The film impedances were measured by means of a low frequency impedance analyser Hewlett Packard model HP4192A operated in the series L, R mode. Values of...may be calculated directly from the imaginary part (of the impedance. Measurements were reported for a frequency of 13 MHz.)"
