Comment:

The sample was heated to 870 - 1170 K for about 10 min to create a carier concentration of up to ~ 1E17 cm-3. The energy is referenced from the Fermi level, which due to reduction of the sample, is pinned at the top of the band gap. Branching ratio = 0.63.
