0.016, 0.024, 0.06, 0.08, 0.10, 0.24, and 0.32 ML PF3/0.06 ML K/Ru(0001). The substrate was cleaned by Ar+ ion bombardment, several cycles of oxidation/annealing treatments, followed by several cycles of annealing in H2 (p = ~1 - 5E-7 Torr). Branching ratio = 0.50.
