CH3ONO/Ag(111). The substrate was cleaned by Ar+ ion bombardment (Ep = 2 keV, Ip = 15 - 18 microamperes) and annealing (T = 675 -700 K, time = 15 min). FAT mode. The intensity ratio of the Gaussian/Lorentzian components was 80/20.
