Two samples were analyzed. The first one was prepared by thermal decomposition of Ni(NO3)2.6H2O. The second one was prepared by decomposition in vacuum at 510 K of Ni(OH)2. The particle sizes were 3000 A and 30 A, respectively. The samples were heated in
