The surface was cleaned by cycles of Ar+ ion bombardment (Ep = 1 keV, time = 5 min) and annealing (T = 675 K, time = 15 min). 1 ML of CH3N2CH3 corresponds to a surface density of 3.5E14 molecules cm-2 or 1/4 ML with respect to the Ag(111) surface.
