Al
X-ray Energy:
Overall Energy Resolution (eV):
1.0
Calibration:
Au4f7 = 84.00
Charge Reference:
Conductor
Energy Scale Evaluation:
Reliable (reported energy within 300 eV of a reference energy)
Comment:
The sample was heated to 870 - 1170 K for about 10 min to create a carier concentration of up to ~ 1E17 cm-3. The energy is referenced from the Fermi level, which due to reduction of the sample, is pinned at the top of the band gap.
