Comment:

Adsorption of C2H4+O2 was performed at 1E3 Pa for 30 min at 420 K, and followed by flashing up to 470 K. The ratio of p(C2H4)/p(O2) partial pressures was 0.5. The substrate was cleaned by treatment with O2 and H2 (T = 670 K, p = 5 kPa) and cycles of ion bombardment followed by O2 adsorption and flashing to 900 K.
