The In2O3 was prepared by hydrolyzation of an aqueous solution of InCl3 with an aqueous ammonia solution and the resulting precipitate was filtered and dried (T = 383 K, time = 12 h) followed by calcination in air (T = 1123 K, time = 5 h).
