Comment:
The composition determined by XPS was C0.75O0.13N0.12. The relative intensity was 0.08. FAT mode. Emission angle = 55 degrees. The intensity ratio of the Gaussian/Lorentzian components was 85/15. An electron flood gun (Ep = 6 eV, Ip = 55 microamperes) and a Ni mesh were used for charge compensation. The sample powder was placed in a stainless steel trough and pressed.
