Alpha-Cu-Al(100). The sample was cleaned by Ar+ ion bombardment (Ep = 2 keV, p Ar = 3E-5 torr, T = 700 K, time= 3 min) and annealing (T = 700 K, time = 10 min). FAT mode. The bulk concentration of the alloy was determined by an electrogravimetric method.
