0.05, 0.08, 0.12, 0.19, 0.25, 0.34, 0.36 and 0.4 ML PH3 were adsorbed onto Ru(0001) at 80 K. 0.01, 0.04, 0.08, 0.16, 0.32, 0.74, and 0.8 ML PH3 were adsorbed onto Ru(0001) at 300 K. The substrates were cleaned by Ne+ ion bombardment (Ep = 3 keV), O2 treatment and annealing (T = 1600 K).
