Comment:

Thin films with thickness of 50-100 nm. From a capillary pipette a sessile drop of the solution was allowed to drop under its own weight onto an ultrasonically cleaned Ta foil. This drop was spread uniformly over the foil. The foil was immediately dried in a laboratory oven for 5-10 min at 373 K.
