Method/Apparatus/Procedure:
Samples were equilibrated for at least ten days in waterbath thermostat. The concentration of 1,1,2-trichloroethane in water was determined using a Perkin-Elmer model 900 gas chromatograph equipped with a flame ionization detector and an automatic digital integrator. A helium carrier gas and a Poropack QS column were used for the chromatographic analyses.
Source and Purity of Materials:
(1) Source not given, contained less than 0.1% dissolved material.
(2) Distilled (compiler).
Estimated Errors:
Solubility: ± 1 %.
Temperature: ± 0.1 K.
