Method/Apparatus/Procedure:
Mixtures of solute and solvent in about 1 to 5 ratios were rotated in a thermostat bath for 12 hours. After equilibrium was attained, samples were withdrawn and filtered through cotton-wool. The determination of the water content was based upon the reaction of water with o-naphthoxydichlorophosphine. The evolved HCI was absorbed in water and titrated with standard NaOH solution (1). From 2-4 successive determinations were made with the solvent.

Source and Purity of Materials:
   (1) Distilled (compiler).
   (2) Merck reagent, analytical grade, redistilled before use.

Estimated Errors:
   Solubility: ±1.6%.
   Temperature: ±0.02 K.
