Method/Apparatus/Procedure:
Analytical balance and centrifuge. Excess solute and solvent allowed to equilibrate in a room temperature bath for 30 minutes. Solution centrifuged for about 5 minutes and filtered through a 0.45
mu
m HPLC syringe filtered. Three 1.0 mls were removed and placed in tared vials, which were then placed in a heated oil bath to facilitate solvent evaporation. Concentrations determined gravimetrically from the weight of the solid residue.
