Method/Apparatus/Procedure:
Constant temperature bath and a precision thermometer.
Mixtures of known concentrations were sealed in ampoules and placed in constant temperature to equilibrate. Bath temperature was slowly increased. Solubility determined by visually noting temperature at which the last trace of solid disappeared.
Source and Purity of Materials:
(1) Purity not specified, P.O.Ch., Gliwice, Poland, was vacuum sublimed to melting temperature of 80.25 ºC.
(2) Initial purity not specified, Reachim., Poland, was dried over phosphorous pentoxide and fractionally distilled to a final purity of 99.9+ %.
Estimated Errors:
Temperature: T/K: precision ± 0.1. x
