Method/Apparatus/Procedure:
The organic compound was condensed into a degassed liquid water sample up to saturation at which two phases appeared. After shaking the mixture for several hours, equilibrium was achieved and the respective phases were analysed in a gas chro-matograph. The original report is not obtainable; therefore, the details were taken from Junge (ref. 1).
Source and Purity of Materials:
(1) Source and purity not given.
(2) Distilled (compiler).
Estimated Errors:
Solubility: Not specified.
Temperature: ± 1 K (compiler).
