Method/Apparatus/Procedure:
   An all-glass apparatus was used. The temperature was kept constant using an ice bath. Good stirring conditions were provided. The amounts of water were determined by weighing.

   (1) From solid CO₂, dried and purified from air.
   (2) Distilled.
