The results are the mean of at least three measurements.
Method/Apparatus/Procedure:
Equilibrated solutions were prepared by bubbling gas through magnetically stirred water till equilibrium was reached.
The CO
2
content was determined by acidifying the solutions and after degassing then, precisely weighing the evolved CO

.
Source and Purity of Materials:
(1) 99.9%, tested by mass spectrometry.
(2) Conductivity water, degassed.
