Method/Apparatus/Procedure:
Solution was made up by weight. Concentration of solution was verified by measuring the density. (Density was not reported in the paper.) A measured volume of gas was brought into contact with a measured quantity of gas-free solvent. Equilibrium was established by agitation using a magnetic stirrer. The volume of remaining gas was measured. The amount of gas absorbed was estimated from change in volume of gas. Details in original paper.
