Method/Apparatus/Procedure:
The observations were made after vigorously shaking on glass stoppered graduated tubes of about 15 mL capacity immersed in water baths in large Dewar flasks. The water was agitated with a rapid stream of air bubbles. The temperature was adjusted by adding small amounts of cooler or warmer water occasionally as required.

Source and Purity of Materials:
   (1) Eastman Kodak Co.; distilled with 30 cm column with reflux; b. p. = 114-115 °C; n(20°C,D) = 1.3920, p(20°C) = 1046.9 g·L-1.
   (2) Source not specified; purified by crystallization; m. p. = 6.8 °C; n(20 °C,D) = 1.4372, p(20°C) = 831.8 g·L-1.
