Method/Apparatus/Procedure:
The dynamic method used for the solubility determination consisted of the saturation of nitrogen with 1,2-dichloroethane vapor which was then bubbled through a thermostatically controlled flask filled with a definite volume of water. After 2-3 hours the solution became saturated and samples were taken periodically.

The concentration of the 1,2-dichloroethane in the solution was determined by GLC. Some 3-5 measurements were taken at each temperature.
