4.5. MCHO2-MA-H2O systems

Six different three-component systems are included in this section. Each of these systems contains an alkali metal formate, another compound of the same alkali metal and water. For five of these systems there is only one published report of experimentally-determined solubility data. There are two reports of solubility data for the NaCHO2-NaOH-H2O system. However, the temperatures at which solubilities were measured are not the same in the two reports. Therefore, no comparisons of solubility data can be made for any of the systems included in this section. The solubility data that have been published appear on the following pages and are given without evaluation.
